By using Built For You, the user confirms that:

• They are in good general health;
• They will consult a qualified healthcare professional if they suffer from any medical condition, allergy, or uncertainty;
• The information provided is accurate and truthful.

Built For You is provided "as is" without guarantee of specific results.

PHN shall not be held liable for consequences resulting from:

• Incorrect data entered by the user
• Misinterpretation of recommendations

Article 11 – Health and Supplement Disclaimer
